Increase donations through public awareness so we
may enroll more prisoners in the Bible correspondence study program by:
Gaining support
from additional churches through their planned
giving |
Seeking speaking engagements to various churches, groups, or
classes |
Inviting various groups to the Exodus office to explain our
ministry |
Publishing
newsletters more often (4 to 6 per year) | |
Expand collections of used Bibles and Christian
books, allowing us to furnish more Chaplains with help in stocking
prison libraries. Have special Bible collection drives at least twice a
year. |
Establish additional branch offices in churches near
various prison units that are similar to the one currently operating at First
Baptist in Plainview,
Texas. |
Replace and revise some of the Bible study books as
the current ones lapse out of print. (Many of the books that are out of print,
we are now printing on site with the proper
permission.) |
Computerize grading of studies. |
Add a computer, printer, and a labeling machine. |
Encourage more support from families of inmates. |
Develop a web site. (Hooray, it's here!) |
Recruit more volunteers - including men and
youth. |
Develop studies in Spanish. |
